At Bombshells Salon, we care about your experience and we believe every guest deserves our full and undivided attention. Therefore, we have created some effective Salon Policies to ensure you will receive the best service possible. We are grateful for your business and we look forward to serving you in the future.
Every reservation is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to Bombshells Salon, our team, and waiting guests, we request a 24-hour advance cancellation notice. A credit card number is required to reserve a reservation but will not be charged unless the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
No Show: We are sad you missed your reservation. Since your stylist is unable to fill that spot, we will charge you 50 percent of the services. You may use this as a credit toward your next service.
No Show, the Second Time: We miss you! And our stylists have been waiting… 100 percent of the services will be due.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show fee will apply.
Our goal is that you love your look. Please contact Bombshells Salon within 3 days of your service(s) for any changes that you require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
Returns & Exchanges
Bombshells Salon offers full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs.
Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product.
Bombshells Salon reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to bad weather.
These appointments will have priority among rescheduling.
